CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR  DIGITAL MEDIA

Omnilab Media is one of Australias leading media services companies. We develop, create, produce, deliver, manage and sell content of world standard for every visual medium.

We are a smart, fast moving and growing business, requiring a person with a passion and an aptitude for digital & broadcast (videotape) media and great client services skills.

Based in Melbourne at Digital Pictures our Client Service Coordinators are responsible for liaising with clients and Digital Pictures Operators to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of work. Services provided include distribution of media via satellite, internet & FTP; duplication of high and standard definition broadcast video, DVD & CD; authoring for DVD, CD-ROM and websites; transfer of video to data formats and the transcoding from one digital format to another.

The role requires a person who aspires to continue to learn, is willing to share knowledge with other team members and is capable of working in a very busy environment.

To be successful in this role you shall have a basic understanding of most videotape & digital media formats as well as excellent PC skills. You will be highly organised and can handle many projects at once whilst meeting deadlines. An exceptional work ethic and can-do attitude is a must.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

"Processing work orders by phone and email

"Ensure clear and accurate details from the client with an excellent and friendly phone manner

"Liaising with Digital Media staff to ensure work orders are completed to client specifications

"Possess the ability to prioritise, continually follow up on orders and track where orders are to ensure deadlines are met

A mature and methodical approach and manufacturing process mindset will be highly regarded. Please note this is not an entry level position and some office or phone sales experience is essential.
