Interactive Project Manager

Digital Pictures is based in South Melbourne. Our bustling office brings together artists, producers and technicians to create world-class content for the international and domestic Advertising, Entertainment and Corporate markets.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Interactive/Digital Project Manager to join our specialist award winning Interactive team. The position entails all aspects of managing current and future projects including taking client briefs, scoping and quoting through to scheduling and handling the details of production management and client handover. Our focus is client service so it will also help if you enjoy being part of the business development process.

You will be reporting to the Head of Interactive and working with a small team on projects like NAB Socceroos, Nike Armoury and high profile Entertainment projects. Involvement with different markets means a diversity of projects.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
Act as the first point of contact for clients Work with the business development team to chase leads & capture business Assist with preparing pitches and presentations for clients, including formulating estimations Assist in the development of the Digital/Interactive strategy and business plans Manage and oversee all interactive projects Ensure all projects are resourced and meet deadlines Provide high level customer service Research and schedule software trails Research and keep up to date with current and future technologies Ensure regular maintenance is conducted of systems
The key to your success in this role will be your prior experience within a similar Project Manager role or senior IA team leader position. Strong technological skills are vital, along with a degree in Multimedia or equivalent. It is important that you enjoy being involved in the evolution of creative ideas because that is what we are all about.

This role will suit an individual who is experienced, IT savvy, results orientated, and has very strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and the ability to communicate confidently and decisively. Your strong oral and presentation skills will be a huge advantage in this role.
