Longform Producer

Omnilab Media on behalf of The Lab Sydney is seeking an experienced post production Longform Producer.

The Lab Sydney is the most comprehensive post production, digital effects, design and animation facility in Sydney. Dedicated to the pursuit of the most dynamic and inventive work in the field of digital post production, The Labs staff of gifted artists and technicians have created a world class environment where the best technology blends seamlessly with imagination.

The role of the Longform Producer is to deliver high quality LF productions which enhance The Labs reputation both internationally and nationally. At the Lab, this means you must have an understanding of effects and animation pipelines.

To be successful in the role you will also need to demonstrate the ability to:

Manage time efficiently across multiple projects ensuring attention to detail; client support as required for each project is maintained. Identify maximum workload and to discuss any issues or concerns around workload with team members. Use your down time positively, e.g. providing marketing support to Sales team, continuing to develop relevant skills, maintaining relationships with clients and keep aware of new trends, styles etc.
You will have the following skills and experience:

Highly customer focused Manage your time effectively. Ability to develop a positive culture Able to work with a diverse array of people and build successful working relationships Scheduling of work effectively for each project Understand the work flow and pathway of each project  HD & Std Def Mature approach to dealing with people and their personal situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Technical Understanding is of an advantage. MUST HAVE - Minimum of 5 years Post Production experience.
