On-Air Presentation Coordinator

Omnilab Media on behalf of The Playroom is currently looking for an
On-Air Presentation Coordinator to work within our Artarmon broadcast facility.

Reporting to the On-Air Services Supervisor you will be responsible for the preparation of program and advertising material for on-air play out as well as ensuring the faultless transmission of broadcast. You will have a high attention to detail and at least two years experience in either videotape, media handling or on-air role.

As On-Air Presentation Coordinator, you will be working closely with the On Air Services, Technical Services and The Playroom teams and externally, Pay TV platform companies, channel providers and their clients. You will have the ability to think logically, work unsupervised and learn new systems and processes easily.

Previous experience with Harris automation and server based play-out facilities would be highly regarded however not essential as we would be happy to train less experienced individuals. Above all, excellent communication skills, a professional approach and team player attitude will contribute to your success in the role. Flexibility is all important too as the channels are 24 hours you will be at times, required to work within a 24x7 roster.
