Digital Pictures and Iloura are considered one of the leading post production houses in Australia and are currently seeking a Senior Colourist to join its world class Digital Film Centre.
Melbourne is one of the worlds most livable cities and is currently the location for Stephen Spielberg and Tom Hanks series The Pacific. Melbourne is the festival city and has some of the best restaurants in the world playing host to the Australian Open Tennis, the Grand Prix, Comedy Festival and the world famous Spring Racing Carnival Melbourne Cup.
Digital Pictures and Iloura have over 150 staff and are rapidly growing. We are now looking for a senior colourist who wants to share their considerable knowledge and experience and are committed to excellence.
We have recently completed the Digital Intermediate for Roger Donaldsons ARRI D20 feature film The Bank Job which was shot in the UK. Our current slate includes feature film DIs from such directors as Simon Wincer and George Millar. Our kit includes Lustre, Smoke, ARRIscan Scanner and ARRI Film Recorder complimented by our BARCO DP 100 digital grading theatre.
In particular we want to hear from Colourists with Lustre, DI and general long form experience but we welcome interest from Colourists of all disciplines. You will be working with a dedicated Digital Film team with full support from engineering and IT to build on our enviable reputation as Australians premier DI Facility.
