The Omnilab Group acquires AAV Limited's Digital Media Services group.

Christopher Mapp, Managing Director of the Omnilab Group, confirmed this acquisition today;

I am proud to announce that the Omnilab Group has purchased AAVs Digital Media Services Group which includes: Digital Pictures Melbourne and Sydney, Iloura Melbourne, Comcopy Imagestream, Flagstaff Studios, Digital Pictures Interactive, AAV PAX, AAV New Zealand and a 50% stake in DubSat which delivers The Omnilab Group full ownership of this unique digital streaming business

The Omnilab Group, one of Australias largest privately owned media services companies, will add these assets to its existing independent businesses which include: The Lab Sydney, Ambience Entertainment, The Playroom Sydney Cornerpost and Island Films.

Christopher Mapp stated: This acquisition furthers The Omnilab Groups plan of development via strategic acquisition and organic growth.
