Visual Effects

Omnilab is Australia and New Zealands largest supplier of Visual Effects (VFX) servicing clients locally and from around the world. Omnilab has access to all the latest visual effects technologies including Inferno, Flame, Fire and Shake. Multiple licenses of After Effects and Digital Fusion allow flexibility across alternative platforms.

In addition to a very strong VFX commercials reel, recent film projects include Charlottes Web, Ghost Rider, Where the Wild Things Are, Happily NEver After, House of Flying Daggers, Seven Swords, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Without a Paddle and Australian features such as Ten Canoes, Candy, Kenny, Unfolding Florence, Book of Revelation, Rabbit Proof Fence and Japanese Story.

Digital Pictures, an Omnilab Media company, received an Emmy Award nomination for its work on the mini-series, Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars in the category of Outstanding Special Visual Effects for a Miniseries, Movie or Special.
